We collect only: your email address, your date of birth, and the content you submit.
2. Why we collect it
Email is used to manage your account, respond to you, and send you messages related to your use of the Service. If you separately opt in via the updates checkbox, we also use your email to send you update and announcement emails about Riffle, which you can unsubscribe from at any time. Date of birth confirms you meet our 13+ age requirement. Submissions are used to operate and develop the Service, including selecting entries for the app's content pool, and (only if you separately opt in via the marketing checkbox) for marketing.
3. Age
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them. If we learn we've collected data from a child under 13, we'll delete it.
4. How we use and share your information
We use your information to run and improve the Service. We do not sell your personal information. We may share it with service providers who help us operate (for example, hosting or email delivery), and where required by law.
5. Data retention and security
We keep your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to operate the Service. We take reasonable measures to protect it.
6. Your choices
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information, withdraw marketing consent, and unsubscribe from update emails, by contacting us at info@riffle.social or by using the unsubscribe link in any update email.
7. Changes
We may update this policy and will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes.
